300 Gal Pfaudler Reactor

This is a used 300-gallon Pfaudler Glass Lined Reactor, crafted for durability and efficiency. Manufactured in 1995 and reconditioned in 2004, it features a Glass type #4025 lining. The reactor handles pressures up to 100 psi and temperatures of 300°F. Constructed with a stainless steel T-316 jacket, it is rated for 90 psi at 300°F. The vessel measures approximately 43.75 inches in diameter and 38.5 inches straight side height, with a 10-inch diameter center bottom outlet. The unit is mounted with structural support and equipped with a pressurized mechanical seal. It features a dome top with multiple flanged inlets including a 5-inch inlet for the agitator, which is powered by a 0.5 HP Lightnin Vektor model V5S37. The agitator operates at 230/460V and is UL listed. The agitator shaft is about 1.25 inches in diameter and 60 inches long, fitted with three pitched turbine blades and a stabilizer ring, ensuring efficient mixing.
